A well-known address gets a brand new neighborhood.
For over a century, the 9+CO site was the address of the University of Colorado Hospital. But all that changed when the hospital moved to a bigger campus. Now this 26-acre site is becoming a walkable mixed-use development with places to shop, work and live. The familiar address gave us the name, literally, but we also wanted the brand to reflect the new, multi-block neighborhood that was being created. And we’ve applied that across all the marketing materials, from temporary, on-site signage to progress reports, PR events and a full website.
