We didn’t just get to create a design, we actually had a hand in creating this entire mixed-use community. Everything from its name and logo, all the way down to the permanent signage, manhole covers, barricade graphics and holiday decorations. It was a total branding effort from the very beginning, one that positioned the Belmar lifestyle as hip and urban, but also very accessible, with a variety of places to live.
