What’s in good hummus? Turns out not much.

There was a good reason Hope Hummus was more expensive than all the other brands—they used better ingredients–and not many of them. Because quality ingredients don’t need additives. So when we had the opportunity to launch their new nut line, we expanded their packaging to include flavor cues and more information about the quality of their ingredients. Sales of the new line have skyrocketed. And stores not previously associated with Hope like Publix, Costco and Target picked up the brand.
